Today I took my tired Sunday ass to a Ray Bradbury play called The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit, at the Fremont Center Theatre. Two things I loved about it: 

1) It was only an hour long. Does that make me an asshole? No. That makes me an ansy Jew. I loooovvveee to be entertained on Sunday- be it a good cheesy movie, a let’s-hash-out-what-happened-last-night coffee with the gals, or a marathon of Six Feet Under. But a play, this is rare for me- I don’t get down with theatre that often, I’m just not a connoisseur. But something comedic, brief and engaging- that’s my bag. 

2) There’s a SUPER hot chick in it… Joy Nash. I love her, and she steals the show. She may only have a few lines (I’m not gonna’ lie, this show centers around men…), but when she comes out in that big ol’ 60’s wig… watch the fuck out. Damn! 

Definitely check it out, and if you don’t have an hour to do so, you’re even more lame than me. :)
